1. Order Processing & Shipping:

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer, depending on design complexity.

  • Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.

  • 4 Ever Grindin LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

2. Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

3. Refunds:

  • Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a returned item does not meet our policy criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations:

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins, and changes may not be possible.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

5. Discount & Loyalty Program:

  • Returning customers enjoy 10% off their orders.

  • Business professionals, service members, and military veterans receive up to 35% off as our way of saying thank you.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

6. Quality Guarantee:

  • We take pride in providing high-quality clothing. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
